We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery (2-5 working days from dispatch).

Delivery is expected in 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Your order will be delivered by FedEx and your tracking number is available in the My Account section on the website if your order qualifies for a tracked service. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

In some cases the item can be on its way and take a bit longer to reach to its customer depending on your area, so please wait few more days.

Please note if the parcel doesn't arrive to you within 14 working days, the item is then classified as lost or stolen. Please be patient and wait for this duration. After this period has passed and if your item hasn’t arrived please contact us using the contact us page or alternatively call 00971 55 923 9174.

Returns

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items and we can offer a replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

All perfume oils which have been opened can not be returned or replaced.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing within 2 days of the date of delivery and return all goods.

We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfume Stop Shop will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item.
